The problem
What goes wrong leaving WooCommerce.
The risks specific to this platform, not generic migration advice.
Your store is really thirty plugins.
Checkout, shipping, subscriptions and SEO each come from a different vendor on WooCommerce. We map what each one actually does before replacing it, so nothing quietly disappears at launch.
Variations rarely export cleanly.
WooCommerce variable products, attribute terms and per-variation pricing routinely mangle in a CSV round-trip. We migrate them as structured data and reconcile every SKU against the source.
Your URLs look nothing like Shopify's.
WooCommerce serves /product/, /shop/ and /product-category/ paths that have no equivalent on Shopify. Every one needs a 301 or the rankings behind it are gone.
How it works
A migration you don't have to worry about.
Planned, staged and verified end to end.
Audit
We inventory your WooCommerce data, URLs, integrations and design so nothing is a surprise on migration day.
Build
We rebuild your store on Shopify - matched or improved design - on a staging environment you can review.
Migrate
Products, customers, orders and content transfer across and get reconciled against the source, record by record.
Launch
We flip DNS at a low-traffic window, verify redirects and tracking live, and monitor rankings after.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens to our WordPress blog?
It comes across. Posts, categories and authors migrate into Shopify's blog, and every permalink gets a 301 so the links and rankings you have earned keep working. Where a post is doing real traffic, we check it individually after launch.
Will our customers have to reset passwords?
Yes, in most cases. WordPress password hashes cannot be imported into Shopify. Accounts, addresses and order history all carry over, and customers set a new password on first login through a normal reset flow.
How much downtime is there?
None that customers notice. We build and test everything on a staging store, then switch DNS during a low-traffic window. Your old store stays live until the new one is verified.
We use WooCommerce Subscriptions. Can that move?
The subscriber records and plans move, but Shopify handles subscriptions through an app rather than natively, so the billing relationship has to be re-established. We plan that sequence with you up front because it is the one part of a Woo migration that genuinely needs customer communication.
Will we lose our Google rankings?
Not if it is done right. We build a complete 301 redirect map from your old URLs to the new ones and preserve your metadata and structure, so link equity carries over. We monitor rankings after launch.
Can you redesign while we migrate?
Absolutely. Many brands treat a migration as the moment to upgrade. We can replicate your current design or build a new conversion-first store as part of the move.
