Wix will not let us export orders. Now what?
We pull them through the Wix API rather than the admin export. It is slower than a CSV, but it is complete, and it means your order history and customer lifetime value carry across instead of starting from zero.
Is a Wix migration worth it for a small store?
It depends on where you are heading rather than where you are. If you are growing and already fighting the platform on apps, shipping or international selling, moving earlier is cheaper than moving later with ten times the data.
How much downtime is there?
None that customers notice. We build and test everything on a staging store, then switch DNS during a low-traffic window. Your old store stays live until the new one is verified.
Can you match our current Wix design?
We can get very close, but most brands should not want that. A Wix layout is shaped by what Wix allows; a Shopify theme is not. We usually rebuild the same brand in a faster, better-converting structure.
Will we lose our Google rankings?
Not if it is done right. We build a complete 301 redirect map from your old URLs to the new ones and preserve your metadata and structure, so link equity carries over. We monitor rankings after launch.
Can you redesign while we migrate?
Absolutely. Many brands treat a migration as the moment to upgrade. We can replicate your current design or build a new conversion-first store as part of the move.
