Overview

Cellavent is a premium German supplement brand with a strong reputation and loyal European customer base. They came to us with a conversion problem: product pages were receiving qualified traffic but failing to turn browsers into buyers. The issue wasn’t trust in the brand - it was that the page wasn’t communicating the right things at the right moment. The above-the-fold area was heavy on imagery and light on the signals that convert: key ingredients, proof of efficacy, subscription savings, and a clear CTA. On mobile, the Add to Cart button vanished as soon as a user started engaging with the content. We focused entirely on the product page hero - restructuring it to deliver confidence and intent in the first five seconds of any visit.

The product page hero was prioritising brand aesthetics over conversion signals. Health supplement buyers need to see ingredients, certifications, ratings, and clear pricing before they will commit - none of these were visible on load.

Bring the full set of buying signals above the fold - benefit statement, key ingredients, trust indicators, subscription savings, and a clear CTA - and keep the buy action persistent on mobile throughout the page.

We rebuilt the hero around trust and clarity: benefit-led headline, ingredient callouts, star rating, and dual CTAs all visible on load. Subscription savings were made prominent, and a sticky mobile CTA recovered intent that was previously lost mid-scroll.
